Paddleboard Pilates

Classes may be booked on Saturdays starting at 9:30.
Check the calendar for availability.
In the event of a storm when lightning is present, classes are cancelled for your safety and may be rescheduled.

Paddleboard Pilates with board rental $80
Paddleboard Pilates without board rental $60

Classes are 60 minutes with a 5 minute orientation and sizing of paddles.

Class size cannot exceed 6 participants. PFD (Personal Flotation Device) will be provided. Bring a towel and change of clothes, you may get wet!

Our Paddleboards are ROC inflatable with a 33” wide stable deck and non-slip EVA foam pads. This makes the board durable and lightweight. Perfect for water fitness.

Please note- these boards support up to 300lbs.
